Dr. Lucy Kiruthu our lead consultant is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and a leading CX thought leader. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration – Strategic Management. Lucy’s innovative interventions, customer experience articles, training programs, keynotes and her book “Customer Experience at its Best” have inspired many businesses to focus more on the customer.
As the Lead consultant at Evolve CX, Lucy has led over 110 CX projects across 11 Countries and trained over 12,000 staff. In addition, Lucy is a founding member of Institute of Customer Experience Kenya (ICX-K) and the local Coordinator of the global body of CX Professionals (CXPA).
